Alain Giresse Kombo, professionally known as Dockbled, grew up in Cameroon’s economic capital, Douala where he started writing music as a teenager. He started growing a fan base, winning many competitions and performing at festivals across the country with his versatile style of rap and afrobeat. Afrobeat is a style of music combining West African music, American Funk & Jazz, with elements of hip-hop, complex rhythms and percussion. Dockbled has had his music and videos played in Mauritius, Canada, Cameroon, France, and Belgium and is excited to add the United States to the list of his fans.
